Labor Day:- $125/night (3 night min); $700/week.
Rates Subject to 12% Florida Sales Tax + $55/Cleaning Fee. Single nights $115.00.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
 
Cancellation Policy: NON REFUNDABLE $200 CANCELATION FEE FOR WEEKLY AND MONTHLY AND NON REFUNDABLE $75 FEE FOR 3 DAY MINIMUMS
