POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Our Two-Bedroom Rates are as Follows: December/January - $165.00/Night; $890.00/Week; $2530/Month. February thru April: $175/Night; $1100/Week: $3590/Month. May thru November: $130/Night; $740/Week; $2040/Month. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the full balance due no later than two weeks prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, or credit cards with PayPal as payment.
	Cancellation Policy: No Refunds Allowed without a minimum of 30 day written notice prior to arrival date.
	Rules: NO PETS ALLOWED; NO PETS ALLOWED
	Check In Time: 3:00 pm Check Out Time: 11:00 am Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

Each condo is thoroughly cleaned, equipped with fresh linens and towels, and is provided with a minimum of toiletries upon arrival. Daily maid service is not available.
