Payment Policy: Special Not Applicable for Thanksgiving week

All rates in US Dollars.

A refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve the condo.

The remaining balance is due one month prior to occupancy.

Cleaning fee: $65. Additional cleaning fees may apply for longer stays.

We accept Visa, Money Orders, and International Money Orders.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less than one month prior to occupancy will forfeit deposit.

Rules: Pets: No animal or pet of any kind shall be kept on or about the premises. If found this will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit.
Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the unit at any time. If found will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit.
