Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. We do have Pay Pal but use this for our foreign and over seas customers. There is a 3% charge.We also have a wire account. Holidays $1,350-$1,550 a week (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, 4th July, and Memorial Day). We do discount 2 week stays.

Cancellation Policy: I have an agreement form with our policies and rules that can be e-mailed if interested in booking. We do refund for major hurricaines (in case the guest cannot arrive).

Rules: Also you be at least 25 year or older to book our place. We only take small pets with s deposit if staying more than a month. Some times we make exceptions. Please inquire
