	Payment Policy: Accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. Any stay 5 nights or longer incur $85 cleaning fee. Taxes are 12% added to Total Pool Heat $100 per week $20 per day-- if needed 50% downpmt of Total is expected when making reservation. Balance is due within 2 weeks of arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cxl'd without penalty outside of 14 days minus a $50 administration fee.
	Rules: No Pets No Smoking (except on patio) No children 12 or under around the pool without adult supervision.
	Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 11:00 AM Time Zone: Eastern
