Payment Policy: All payment made in US Dollars. Main House $375 per night. (sleeps up to 6) Carriage House $200 per night. (sleeps up to 4) Main House & Carriage House combined $525 per night. (sleeps up to 10) 10% discount for 5 nights, 15% discount for 7 nights. Weekends and holidays may have 3 night minimum stays. All rentals are required to be paid for in full within 10 days of booking a reservation

Rules: I have a 30 day cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so no less than 30 days prior to arrival or you will forfeit all monies paid (unless I rebook the space).
