POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. A $ 300.00 deposit is due within 7 days of booking, to confirm your reservation. Any loss or damage to the rental property will be deducted from your deposit. In case of damage the return of your deposit can take up to 2 weeks. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to check-in. If booking and payment are within 30 days of your check-in date, the funds need to be paid in “cash form” - Official Bank Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal (FEE) or Bank Wire Transfer (FEE).
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after rent due date will forfeit rent and taxes, unless dates can be re-booked.
	Rules: No Smoking within the Home. You may smoke outside. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
