	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Additional Charges $60 cleaning fee, and 11.41% tax. Two person maximum (child 10 and over, or 3rd person possible on daybed at $15/night extra). Advance reservations require a four night minimum stay. Please inquire about monthly rates, single and other discounts that may be available at time of booking. We offer referrals to wellness care providers; massage, and yoga classes, as well as dolphin encounters, whale watches, kayaking and other island eco-adventures.
	Rules: Because of the unfenced pool, we cannot accommodate families with a child under 10 years old.
