	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Additional Charges $80 cleaning fee, and 12.42% tax. Two persons $110/night, (child 10 and over, or 3rd person possible on double futon couch at $15/night extra). Advance reservations require a four night minimum stay. Please inquire about monthly rates, single and other discounts that may be available at time of booking. We offer referrals to wellness care providers; massage, and yoga classes, as well as dolphin encounters, whale watches, kayaking and other island eco-adventures.
	Cancellation Policy: If you give written cancellation notice at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be returned minus a $50 administration fee. With less notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook all or part of the reserved dates. This applies also to changes in the length of your stay, either before or after your arrival in Hawaii.
	Rules: Because of the unfenced pool, we cannot accommodate families with a child under 10 years old.
