	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Nightly rate: $175 (plus 11.5% tax)
	Cancellation Policy: We will refund your deposit less a 10% cancellation fee if you notify us 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will be refunded only for the nights we are able to re-book the accommodations minus a 10% service fee.
	Rules: A 25% deposit is required to reserve the cottage and the balance is due on arrival.
