	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. $300/night + one time *$200 departure clean up fee . Rainbow House: Staying more than ten days? Add an additional $75 for "mid-term clean up" during half of your stay. Add 4.166% excise tax and 7.25% room tax. 3 night minimum Holidays and Summer ( from May 24-September 8 -- 4 night minimum).
	Cancellation Policy: If you cancel (for any reason) and we are able to re-rent your unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover less a $100 handling fee. There is no refund due to inclement weather.
	Check In Time: 3:00 p.m. Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m. Time Zone: Hawaii

MAID SERVICE :

$200 departure out clean, *After 10 days a mid-term clean up by the housekeeper, for an additional charge of $60
