Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

Security Deposit: $500.

Cleaning Fee: $250.

Security deposits are returned within 45 days when you check out in good order usually around the 15th of each month following your departure. The checks are returned to the name and address on the rental contract.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with more than 60 days notice your money less $50 will be returned to you.

If you cancel with more than 30 days notice, your money (which at that point will be half the rent) less $50 will be returned to you as long as we re-book the same time. What ever part of the time we re-book, you will get back.

If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, your money less $50 will be returned to you as long as we re-book the same time, though you never know about re-booking with short time frame. We will always try to re-book! What ever part of the time we re-book, you will get back.

Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice.

Among other things, house rules includes no pets, no smoking inside or cigarette refuse in the yard, taking trash out when you leave, being considerate of the neighborhood (quiet after 10 PM), and having a good time.
