Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
11.25%tax, You may reserve the booking by paying 75% of
total (inc tax) and then pay the balance 30 days prior to your stay. 200 Security Deposit is taken with a credit card when guests check in.
Security deposit returned when keys returned and inventory taken.
No cleaning fee charged but costs are deducted if villa is unreasonably dirty
