Luxurious Home amid a Tropical Setting

Payment Policy:

RATES: (min bookings*, max occupancy 6 guest)
Per night (single or double occupancy):
7 nights or more     $296.00 per night,
3 to 6 nights             $329.00 per night,
1 to 2 nights             $365.00 per night,
Plus $35 for each additional occupant per night and $160 out cleaning fee.

TAXES:
All fees are subject to two Hawaii taxes totaling 12.416%:
(General Excise Tax of 4.166%; and Transient Accommodations Tax of 8.25%.)

RESERVATIONS:
A $650.00 reservation deposit is due within 7 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 60 days prior to arrival. For bookings that include the Merrie Monarch Festival, Thanksgiving, and/or periods between Dec 15th to Jan 15th, the balance is payable 90 days prior to arrival. Payments may be by check, money order, or credit card (VISA or MC).

*A four night minimum applies to bookings that include the Merrie Monarch Festival, Thanksgiving, and/or periods between Dec 15th to Jan 15th

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation with 60 or more days written notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a $350 cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to re-book the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations for periods that include the Merrie Monarch Festival, Thanksgiving, and/or periods between Dec 15th to Jan 15th - Cancellation with 90 or more days written notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a $350 cancellation fee. With less than 90 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to re-book the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee.
