Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollares.

Based on double occupancy. Additional persons $10 per night.

Rates are plus 11.417% Hawaii tax and plus cleaning fee and security deposit.

Credit Cards are accepted at most of our homes and we accept personal checks and money orders. Only U.S. credit cards accepted.

If you are paying by check or money order a deposit of 50% of rental fee is required to reserve a home with the balance paid at least 30 days before arrival.

If you are paying by credit card it is charged for the full amount of rental at the time of reservation.

Security deposits are paid separately. If paid by check, we will not cash the check unless there is damage. If there is no damage we will return your check within ten days of your departure. If you are paying by credit card we will not charge your card unless there is damage.

Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled before 30 days of arrival we will refund any reservation fees paid minus a $50 processing fee.

If cancellations are made with less than 30 days notice, full rental fee is still required. We will do our best to book the same property for the nights that you reserved. If we are successful we will refund your rental fee to you minus a $50 processing fee.
