250 Reservation/Security Deposit to Reserve Condo. Rent plus Hawaii Tax 11.42% is required 3 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by personal check.
 
Cancellation Policy: $250 Reservation Deposit Is Refundable until six weeks prior to arival; thereafter, 25% less per week, unless we can rerent your time.
 
 
  MAID SERVICE :
  $80 Maid Fee for limited cleaning at end of stay.
