	Payment Policy: A $500 deposit is required to reserve a unit. If paying by check, a deposit must be received within 14 days of arranging the reservation in order to secure your stay. We also accept Visa and Mastercard. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A cleaning fee is added for stays of 6 nights of less. Hawaii State GET/TAT tax is 11.4167%. If a reservation is created less than 60 days prior to arrival, payment is due in full at the time in which the reservation is arranged.
	Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded in full, minus a $50 cancellation fee. A cancellation made less than 60 days prior to schedule arrival will be refunded at 50%, unless the unit can be rebooked. In that case it will be refunded at 100%, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
