	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Mentioned Rates are based on double occupacy. During this 7 day period, a completed rental agreement and 50% deposit of the total amount, including cleaning fee (if applicable), and Hawaii state tax, is required during this period in order for your reservation to be confirmed and held further. You will be notified via email that your reservation is confirmed.
	Cancellation Policy: After your deposit is received and your reservation confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. Once final payment is received, and within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If your final payment is received more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, and you cancel at a date greater than days prior to your arrival, all payments received, less the deposit, will be refunded to you.
