Monthly: $2500 USD
Any lost keys will be replaced at a cost of $35.00 per set and will be charged to your account.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit is refundable up to two weeks before the arrival date less a $50 booking fee If cancelled within 2 weeks of your arrival, a minimum of two night penalty plus a $50 fee could be assessed.

StayInWaikiki reserves the right to move guest from one building to another, as long as comparable accommodations are met in either locations.

Rules: We kindly ask you to be respectful of your neighbors in condos surrounding the one you rent. Quiet hours in the building are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Late night parties and loud discussions on the lanais after 10:00 pm will not be tolerated.
