Payment Policy: All rates are in US dollars. $1435.00 - $1820.00 per week. Rates: Value Season $205.00 for 1-3 people, $230.00 for 4-6 people. Peak Season $235.00 for 1-3 people, $260.00 for 4-6 people. Value Season: Apr 21, 2008 to May 23, 2008; Sep 2, 2008 to Nov 21, 2008; Peak Season: Nov 17, 2007 to April 20, 2008; May 24, 2008 to Sep 1, 2008; Nov 22, 2008 to Apr 19, 2009; 5 night minimum stay. Exceptions will be made when shorter openings exist. Discount offered for last minute bookings - arrival within 2 weeks. A $500 deposit secures your booking. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Tax Rate is 11.42%.

 
Cancellation Policy: $500 booking deposit non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.
