POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All funds in US Dollars. Down payment of $1000.00 due within seven days of booking. Full payment due 60 days prior to occupancy plus fully refundablesecurity and damage deposit of $500 if no damage is done.
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit is fully refundable as long as cancellation notice is received in writing or by E-mail 60 days or longer prior to to first day of scheduled occupancy. Within 60 days of first day of occupancy there is a $250 charge and any refunds will be given only to the extent that I am able to rebook the unit.
	Rules: Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
