POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Rates are in US dollars. A $200 deposit is required to hold the reservation. After rent is received, the deposit becomes a damage deposit and is returned if no damage is done to the condo. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the entire rental will be due at the time of reservation. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, Visa, Master Card or PayPal All rates in US Dollars. 10% discount/stays of 14 nts or more. 12.25% HI tax and $100 cleaning fee added. Cleaning fee waived for stays of 14 nts or more. Deposit equal to half rent due 60 days before occupancy. Full rent and fees required for last minute reservations. $200 refundable deposit to hold reservation. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy: A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. An exception to this rule may be made in the event that the owner is able to re-rent the condo.
	Rules: condo rules will be sent with the rental agreement and can be read and agreed to before paying the deposit fee.

MAID SERVICE :

There is no daily maid service but you will find the condo sparkling clean when you arrive and all linens and towels are provided. There is a clothes washer and dryer in the condo so that you can do any necessary laundry. Cleaning supplies are there for your use as well.
