	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations: If Lessee cancels his reservation, 80% of the advance payment is refundable if the unit is re-rented to another for the subject rental period. No cancellations or refunds are permitted within 15 days of the occupancy date.
	Rules: Use: The premises are to be used exclusively for residential purposes. No retail or other commercial use of premises is permitted. THE PREMISES ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR MEETINGS, RECEPTIONS OR FOR PARTIES IN EXCESS OF 20 PEOPLE. Overnight accommodations are restricted to the number of guests agreed upon in advance and stated in the rental agreement. Conduct: Lessee agrees to comply with and will not violate any law or Association rule in or about the premises. Lessee will not disturb the peace or permit a nuisance, loud noises or intoxication in or about the premises at any time. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
