Payment Policy:
20% down with booking confirmation payable with credit card, check or money order. Balance due 30 days prior to stay. All stays require $500 refundable deposit and $400 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
60 days out, full refund less $300 cancellation fee. 60 - 30 days out, 50% refund. 29 days or less out, no refund.
