Located between two popular snorkel/surf beaches and favorite dive beach.

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

A credit card deposit of $200 is required upon making and confirming your reservation.
The balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Year's requires ninety days.
All monies are non-refundable after final payment has been made.
There will be a charge of $52 for any returned check.

Cancellation Policy: $100 will be refunded to you from your $200 deposit should you need to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival.
Once your reservation is paid in full it is non-refundable.

Rules: No smoking in the house. No pets in the house,subject to forfeit of damage/security deposit. Please turn off fans/air conditioning and lights when not in the house. Please bag and dispose of trash at refuse centers.
