POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars $199/nt 10 night minimum rental for holiday season, ,10 night minimum for Ironman week Above rate rates based on double occupancy. $10 a night for each additional guest. Based on 7 night minimum. 6 nights or less at $180/nt $115 exit cleaning fee. 11.42% Hawaii State Excise and transient lodging tax. $300 deposit required to hold your reservation. Payment required in full 60 days prior to arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival subject to $100 fee. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival refunded as space resold less 20%.
	Rules: Pool rules indicate that children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult. No noise after 10pm. Smoking is allowed on the grounds but not indside of the condo. At no times shall the sea turtles be touched while they are on the beach. They can lay in the sand for a few days and they are fine where they lay. Stay at least 10 feet from the turtles please.
