	Cancellation Policy: 1/2 of deposit returned if cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival, no return with less then 90 days from arrival.
	Rules: House rules are posted in room and are common to most condos. No pets are allowed on property and Hawaii law prohibits smoking in the condo or within 20 feet of an entry to the building. Smoking areas are provided.
