All rates are in US Dollars.
5 night minimum rental is required.
MAIN HOUSE 3 bedrm. 2 bath /$950 per night.
MAIN HOUSE with 3 bedrm. 2 bath allows a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
$1,500 dollar security deposit is required.
$400 dollar outclean fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
The MAIN HOUSE may also be rented with a GUEST HOUSE, this allows for a maximum occupancy of 12 persons. (The GUEST HOUSE rents for $550 per night)
Entire property - both houses rent for $1500 per night.
Rental of entire property allows a maximum occupancy of 12 guests.
A $2,500 security deposit is required.
$650 outclean fee for an entire property rental will be deducted from the security deposit.
Outclean fees may be adjusted to cover extraordinary cleaning or repair expenses.
Security deposit is returnable within 14 days of checkout.

All rates are subject to 11.75% Hawaii state tax.
