Ocean View Home with Large Lanai

Payment Policy: A three night deposit is necessary to hold the reservation. The balance will be due 60 days before the start of the visit. Stays of longer than 1 week will require a deposit of 1/3 the total rental price. A refundable $1,000 damage deposit is also required.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations honored with full refund up to 60 days prior to the start of the visit. Within 60 days, refunds are negotiable based on rental demand.

Rules: No smoking, no pets, no moving of furniture. These actions will result in a forfiture of the damage deposit.
