	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Standard 2007 Rates: $160/night, $995/week (addt'l nights $145) Standard Minimum stay: 4 nights. $125 one time out cleaning fee. Plus 11.416% Hawaii Tax Holiday Rate(Dec 15-Jan 05):$1400/week (add'l nights $200). Holiday Minimum stay: 7 nights. Holiday Nightly Rate: N/A. Discounts are available for longer stays. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy: Our Kauai Condos should be notified in writing of your Cancellation if a need for cancellation arises. All cancellations incur a $75.00 cancellation fee and a $25.00 processing fee regardless of the time of cancellation. The break down of refund cancellations are: -Cancellation 90 days before scheduled arrival, 100% refund. -Cancellation 60-90 days before scheduled arrival, 75% refund. -Cancellation 40-60 days before scheduled arrival, 50% refund. -Cancellation 20-40 days before schedules arrival, 25% refund. -Cancellation 19 days or less before/during scheduled arrival, no refund.
