Rental Unit $150/night; for 1-4 people; $10 more/each additional person;
House $280/night for 1-10 people; $10 more/each additional person;
3 night minimum stay is required.
1/3 of the total is required as a deposit,
which confirms your reservations.
10% discount 8 to 27 day rentals.
A $70 damage deposit required, returned if no damage
11.41% State Tax on total;
