Cancellation Policy:
We require 50% of the TOTAL at the time of the reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If a cancellation occurs between 90 and 45 days of the arrival date, a refund of 50% of the total paid will be returned to the guests. NO refund after 45 days prior to arrival. However, if a cancellation did occur for emergency reasons, we would immediately attempt to rebook accommodations for the same time frame. If a new reservation can be secured, then 90% of the total paid would be refunded to the guests with a 10% cancellation charge. We will always try to reschedule a booking whenever possible. If we are unable to re-rent for the canceled period, all rents paid, processing fees, & taxes will be forfeited as damages.
Pets are not permitted at Pualani. Please remember this is a NO SMOKING home.
CHECK IN time is after 2:00 PM on the arrival date.
CHECK OUT on the date of departure will be by 11:00 AM.
CARE OF PROPERTY: Guests are expected to care for the property as if it were their own. Your security deposit will be mailed to you in its entirety 30 days after your departure if you leave the house as you found it undamaged. If there is damage, there will be a $20/hour charge for housekeeping services, and depending on the damage.
