  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: Our rates are especially reasonable because we are not in a touristy area. Cottages range from $70 to $95 per night (plus tax) depending on the number of guests. We do have weekly and monthly rates, as well, and a 10% Senior Discount. A 20% deposit will secure a reservation. We are happy to accept visa or mastercard.

 
Cancellation Policy: Deposits may be cheerfully refunded 30 days prior to check in. We are also happy to reschedule as availability allows.
