	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars; Arrangements for longer stays may be made. There is an 11.42% Hawaii State tax, a refundable security deposit, and a $75 cleaning fee per stay.
	Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival; after that no refund unless we can obtain a replacement booking for the same period of time. Otherwise credit may be used for a future stay.
	Rules: Register at resort office.
