POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. $85/night, $510/week, $1850/month based on double occupancy. Additional persons $10 per night 3 person maximum. Three night minimum stay.
	Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled before 30 days of arrival we will refund any reservation fees paid minus a $50 processing fee. If cancellations are made with less than 30 days notice, full rental fee is still required. We will do our best to book the same property for the nights that you reserved. If we are successful we will refund your rental fee to you minus a $50 processing fee.
	Rules: Rates are plus 11.416% Hawaii tax and $75 nonrefundable cleaning deposit. There is no smoking in any of our homes and as is the Hawaiian custom, please remove your shoes upon entering.
