POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. $105/night, $670/week or $2200/month. Based on double occupancy. $10 extra per person per night.
	Cancellation Policy: If reservations are cancelled before 30 days of arrival we will refund any reservation fees paid minus a $50 processing fee. If cancellations are made with less than 30 days notice, full rental fee is still required. We will do our best to book the same property for the nights that you reserved. If we are successful we will refund your rental fee to you minus a $50 processing fee.
	Rules: Rates are plus 11.416% Hawaii state taxes plus a cleaning fee. There is no smoking allowed in any of the rental homes and as is Hawaiian custom, please leave shoes by the door before entering.
