	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. An additional cleaning fee of $150.00 per stay is standard. Additional applicable Hawaii State Lodging tax is required. We have a $200.00 refundable damage fee. A 50% deposit is required to secure your stay. The balance is due upon arrival.

	Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice. There is a minimum stay of three nights at Hale Lotus.
