Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
11.42% in Hawaii state taxes and a $350 non-refundable out-clean charge are added to the total. To secure your reservation we require a security deposit of $600 due within 10 days of the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations made within 60 days of the arrival date, the full amount is due on confirmation.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy. Any information obtained by Hale Maluhia, either through web forms or on site, is used only for guest services and is not shared, given, sold or transmitted to any third parties at any time.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is provided as security against damage to Hale Maluhia or property, theft, late check out, and violation of any of the guest's agreements contained in this Agreement. Final settlement of the security deposit will be made as soon as possible, but in no event later than 30 days after the departure date. Security Deposit shall be refunded in full within 14 days of departure date provided there is no damage.
