	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be done in writing 45 days prior to your stay for a full refund, less $250.00 cancellation fee.
	Rules: Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice. A $200.00 reservation fee is required if paying w/personal check. Upon arrival, the reservation fee converts to a refundable security deposit. ½ of stays total balance is due to hold reservation. The balance of the vacation package fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.
