POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. A refundable $200 security deposit is required.
	Cancellation Policy: A notice of sixty (60) or more days is required to cancel a reservation without penalty. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and the property is not re-rented for the cancelled period, the final payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, the deposit and final payment will be refunded except for a $50.00 cancellation fee. A confirmed reservation may be transferred from one time period to another without forfeiture subject to Owner approval. All cancellation or transfer requests by Tenant must be in writing.
	Rules: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later. Check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier. Smoking is not permitted. No pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted. No rentals to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Maximum occupancy is 4. Minimum stay is three days.
