Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars.

A refundable $200 security deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy: A notice of sixty (60) or more days is required to cancel a reservation without penalty. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and the property is not re-rented for the cancelled period, the final payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, the deposit and final payment will be refunded except for a $50.00 cancellation fee. A confirmed reservation may be transferred from one time period to another without forfeiture subject to Owner approval. All cancellation or transfer requests by Tenant must be in writing.

Rules:

• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later. Check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• No pets allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• No rentals to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
• Maximum occupancy is 4.
• Minimum stay is three days.
