POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Payment by personal check or money order in US funds. Owner does not have VISA/MC facility except through PayPal. $200 deposit is required to book, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A $55 cleaning fee will be charged for stays of less than one week. Note-- There is no cleaning fee for 6 or more days stay.
	Cancellation Policy: $50 cancellation fee applies to any cancellation ahead of the 30-day due date. Deposit will be forfeited after the due date if rental is cancelled then.
	Rules: This is a non-smoking unit. We are subject to House Rules of the Kihei Kai Nani Owners Association. For example, quiet after 10 p.m., and one car per unit. The rules will be provided on request at check-in.
	Check In Time: 3 p.m. Check Out Time: 11 a.m. Time Zone: Hawaii

MAID SERVICE :

As with all condominium rentals, you are given the essentials at the beginning of your stay, and you replenish them as necessary. Maid service is before your arrival and after your departure.
