Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

$500 damage deposit. Balance refunded w/in 7 days 3 nights deposit is required to confirm reservation. 7 nights deposit is required for holiday periods and for reservations of 14 nights or more.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival date is less than 60 days away, full payment is due.
For rentals of 30 days or more, 1/2 of full balance is due 6 months prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required. A $50 cancellation fee will be collected on all cancellations.
If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refunds unless unit is re-rented.
Christmas/New Years - no cancellations or refunds after October 1.
