	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars, and Hawaii state taxes of 11.42% will be added. Deposit only $100. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date, 90 days for Peak Season reservations. Owner may add 10% for reservations less than 7 nights. Discounts available for 28 nights or more.
	Cancellation Policy: $100 Deposit not refundable. After payment is made, no refunds unless we are able to re-book the unit. Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is late.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Deposit plus a signed rental agreement, once received, secures your reservation. Rates shown are for 2 Bedroom Unit, can also be rented as a 1 Bedroom Unit. A one-time cleaning fee of $125 (or $110 for 1 Bedroom) will be added to all reservations
