Payment Policy: Rates in US Dollars Rates - $160-245, depending on time of year and length of stay.All rates are subject to 11.42% Hawaii State and Hotel tax. Rate is for two persons. Extra persons: $20 per person per day. Unit #220 is two-person maximum. Units #117 and #420 are four-person maximum.Extra day charge for check-outs after 11:00 am. No refund for any unused portion of a confirmed reservation. No refund for early departure.
 
Cancellation Policy: · All rates are subject to Hawaii State and Hotel tax. · Rates: $160 – 245, depending on time of year and length of stay. · Rate is for two persons. Extra persons: $20 per person per day. · Unit #220 is 2 person maximum. Units #420 and #117 are 4 person maximum. · Personal checks accepted; no credit cards. · Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. Extra day charge for check-outs after 11:00 am. · Daily cleaning service is not provided; cleaning service after check-out only. · No refund for any unused portion of a confirmed reservation. No refund for early departure. · Trip insurance is recommended. · All units are one-bedroom, oceanfront units. All units are non-smoking units. Please smoke outside. · We reserve the right to change units.
