Rules:
The Security Deposit will be refunded to the TENANT by mail (less allowable deductions) within 14 days after the date of YOUR departure, following the Cleaning and Inventory Inspection. Deductions can be made for the following reasons: to repair or replace anything that is damaged or missing; to change the locks and replace any keys that were given to you and not returned; to put the DWELLING, and the things in it, in the condition when YOU moved in, if YOU do not do so. If YOUR deposit does not cover all the damages and costs, YOU must pay for the extra amount. Due to the additional time that may be required to verify long distance telephone charges, WE reserve the right to require, as a condition to YOUR rental, an acceptable credit card imprint for long distance telephone charges that occurred during YOUR stay. Unused credit card imprints will be returned to the TENANT within 45 days of the date of YOUR departure.
The DWELLING cannot be sublet or assigned to others without advance consent from the LANDLORD.
No smoking within the DWELLING.
Only members of the Rental Party (listed TENANTS) to stay at the DWELLING.
No Parties/Functions within the DWELLING.
No pets/animals allowed within the DWELLING.
LANDLORD may enter the UNIT in order to inspect the UNIT or make needed or agreed repairs, on reasonable notice except in case of emergency or where it is not practical to do so.
Kilauea River is Private Property and is not owned or affiliated with Hale Wailele. Kilauea River can be hazardous due to currents, slippery and sharp rocks, flash flooding, and other conditions. NO TRESSPASSING is permitted along the Kilauea River. WE will not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from YOUR violation of this paragraph.
