Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival result in the return of any and all deposits made, less a $50 administrative cancellation fee. When reservations are cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date, funds paid are at risk. However, we make every attempt to re-book the reserved dates, and we rebate the funds paid for any and all dates we are able to re-book, less the $50 cancellation fee. Obviously, the closer a reservation is cancelled to the arrival date, the less likely it is that we will be able to re-book the dates.
