	Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to arrival = full refund minus $25, within 60 days or arrival, no refund unless reserved days are filled.
	Rules: $95 Out Clean Fee. $300 Security Deposit. 50 per cent Reservation Deposit. All Applicable Taxes Included.
