	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Checks or money orders only. 50% due when reserving, remaining 50% by 60 days prior to arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to arrival = full refund minus $25. Within 60 days of arrival, no refund unless days reserved are filled.
	Rules: $95 Out Clean Fee. $300 Security deposit. 50 per cent Reservation deposit. All Applicable Taxes Included.
