POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. $1000 non-refundable deposit (credited toward total bill). $300 non-refundable cleaning deposit. $750 separate security deposit (is not credited toward bill. It is refunded within fourteen days of departure, after inspection of the unit and golf cart). Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Weekly rates are for additional week after 30 day minimum.
	Cancellation Policy: Rental fee, security deposits, cleaning fees and G.E. Tax will only be refunded if you contact us by phone or e-mail 60 days prior to the contracted arrival date. See contact information. Post marked cancellation letters must be received no closer than 60 days prior to arrival date.
	Rules: Rental rates are subject to 12.95% Hawaii taxes and will be included in your rental agreement. A deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your time frame.
