Luxury villa at oceanfront

Payment Policy:
Please add 12.96% tax and $300 cleaning fee.
$500 refundable security deposit is required. (Refundable 5 working days after checking out w/ no damage.)
$1000 deposit is required upon signing rental contract.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Utilities & cable TV are included in the rent.
We accept credit card via PayPal. There will be a fee of 2.9% for each transaction charged by PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:
Owner is not able to cancel this agreement without reimbursing Renter all out of pocket expenses for arranging this vacation.
If Renter cancels this agreement less than 60 days of arrival date then all monies paid to Owner, thus far, are forfeited.
If Renter has a good cause to cancel 60 days or more of the arrival date, all deposits will be applied toward Renter’s future reservation.

From the time we provide you the contract, you have 3 days to review, book your flight ticket. At the end of 3 days, if you choose to commit to the contract, you would need to sign the contract and send back $1000 security deposit. We will send you back our counter sign copy.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
