	Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, are accepted forms of payment
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
	Rules: free parking in designated spot no cleaning fee for a minimum of 6 nights quiet time 10PM to 8AM
